General characteristics:
General physic-chemical properties: round, biconvex tablets, coated by transparent coat of greenish-brown, inhomogeneous colour.
Composition: 1 tablet contains the powder of Zingiber officinale 33.33 mg, Piper nigrum 33.33 mg, Piper longum 33.33 mg, Commiphora Wightii 200.00 mg and dry extract of:
Terminalia chebula 23.36 mg (equivalent to powder of Terminalia chebula 33.33 mg),
Terminalia belerica 13.63 mg (equivalent to powder of Terminalia belerica 33.33 mg),
Phyllanthus emblica 19.47 mg (equivalent to powder of Phyllanthus emblica 33.33 mg),
Withania somnifera 23.36 mg (equivalent to powder of Withania somnifera 100 mg),
Curcuma longa 14.02 mg (equivalent to powder of Curcuma longa 100 mg),
Boerhaavia diffusa 4.67 mg (equivalent to powder of Boerhaavia diffusa 100 mg),
Maharasnadi Ghana 40.89 mg (equivalent to powder of Maharasnadi Ghana 100 mg).
Additionalingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, Maize starch, Gum acacia, Talc; Shellac: Bees wax, Carnauba wax, Hard Paraffin.

Pharmacological properties.
It is a combined herbal ayurvedic drug, the properties of which are determined by the properties of its components. Artricureтм contains herbs, which are effective in treatment of musculoskeletal system pathology.
Zingiber officinale has anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic and antispasmodic properties and normalizes the process of digestion.
Piper nigrum has a high anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the muscular and rheumatic pain.
Piper longum has a high antiseptic action and high immunostimulating and antioxidant properties.
Terminalia chebula has high tonic and anti-inflammatory properties, improves the eyesight, and has a positive effect for nervous system.
Terminalia belerica acts as good tonic, cleansing, rejuvenating agent, improves blood circulation and gastrointestinal tract.
Phyllanthus emblica is an effective antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal agent, has a diuretic laxative effect.
Commiphora Wightii improves the metabolism, decreases the cholesterol and triglyceride level, has antispasmodic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, and decreases the thrombocyte aggregation.
Withania somnifera has general tonic and immunomodulator effects, decreases the symptoms of the stress, anxiety, weariness and insomnia.
Curcuma longa has high antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-toxic and cholagogue effects.
Boerhaavia diffusa is an anti-inflammatory, tonic, diuretic agent. It stimulates the appetite.
Maharasnadi Ghana is an anti-inflammatory, anti-arthritic agent.

Pharmacokinetics. Pharmacokinetics has not studied.

Indications.
The drug is indicated for adults in cases of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of musculoskeletal system, such as rheumatic arthritis, osteoarthritis (including rheumatoid arthritis), psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthrosis, ankylosing spondylitis, podagric, scapulohumeral periarthritis, bursitis, and arthritis of hip joint, knee-joint, foot and hand joints. Osteochondrosis, cervical and lumbar spondylosis, lumbosacral radiculitis.

Administration and Dosage.
For adults it is administered 2 tablets 2 times per day in the morning and in the evening for initial 1 month. Then the dose can be decreased to 1 tablet 2 times per day. The tablets are used after meal with ½ of a cup of warm water.
It is possible to use Artricureтм for a long period, but after 3–4 months of the drugs usage it is recommended to stop the drug usage for 2 weeks.

Side effects.
It could be allergic reactions for the components of the drug.

Contraindications.
Hypersensitivity for the components of the drug.

Overdosage.
There is no information about the overdosage of the drug. In case of the overdosage it is necessary to do the gastric lavage and administer the symptomatic therapy.

Precautions in usage.
There is no information about the drug usage by pregnant women, nursing mothers and children.
It is necessary to administer the drug carefully in inflammatory bowels diseases and diarrheas.
Do not take on empty stomach!

Drug interactions.
In synchronous usage of the drug with antacids it is recommended to take Artricureтм after 1.5–2 hours of their intake.

Storage and Shelf-life.
Store in dry place, protected from light; at the temperature not more 25o C. Keep it out of reach of children.
Shelf-life is 3 years.
