Mr Sanjeev Gupta is the Founder and Director of Kusum Healthcare, a sagacious veteran of the pharmaceutical industry with over 25 years of experience in operations and management.
He started his entrepreneurial journey in 1984 and entered the pharmaceutical vertical in the year 1995. In 2001, Sanjeev expanded his horizon further in the pharmaceutical industry and started getting pharma products manufactured under the Kusum brand and began marketing & sales activities for the global markets.
In 2007, utilising his keen business acumen, vision, and learnings of the pharma business gathered over the years, Sanjeev laid the foundation of Kusum Healthcare’s first certified pharmaceutical manufacturing unit with an integrated R&D unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
Today, under his leadership, Kusum Healthcare is one of the leading names in the pharmaceutical industry with presence in India, CIS, African, ASEAN countries and other parts of the world, having three state of the art pharmaceutical manufacturing units in India.
Sanjeev has been successful in recruiting and retaining a strong team from reputed pharma companies across India to pursue the company’s vision of “Quality and Health for All”.
Sanjeev was born in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, and holds a Graduate Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. His passion and dedication towards his work and an uncompromising discipline ensure quality in the products produced by Kusum Healthcare.

Mr Badri Prasad Gupta is the founder Director of Kusum Healthcare and a reputed leader in the Indian Pharmaceutical industry.
Son of Late Master Kesav Deo, B.P. Gupta was born on 17th Oct 1938 in the city of Bharatpur, Rajasthan. He is a graduate from MSJ College Bharatpur and has been an outstanding sports person especially in hockey and athletics, during his early days.
He started his career in Education with the Delhi Government and retired as a Gazetted Officer in 1996. He renders strategic direction to the company’s executive team in economic and business matters.
Dr TG Chandrashekhar is the Executive Director of Kusum Group of Companies since 2015 and currently as based out of New Delhi.

Dr TG Chandrashekhar has been a part of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry for over 30 years with global expertise in GMP, Quality Management Systems, Plant operations, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Intellectual property. In the past, he has also worked in senior roles in pharmaceutical companies.
An imminent figure in the industry, he holds a PhD degree in Chemistry and has completed High Potential Leadership Program from Harvard Business School. He has published close to 15 Research Papers and has filed 8 Patents as well.
A self-driven professional who has demonstrated success with his hard work, innovative thinking, creative problem-solving skills, Dr TG was the chairman of the IP Committee for Anti Aids drug and has published about 30 monographs in the IP and about 10 Monographs in USP.
PharmaVoice, a US based pharmaceutical magazine for industry executives has also recognised him as one of the top 100 most inspiring person and a Mentor in the Global Pharmaceutical Industry.
Mr Anil Tyagi is the Executive Vice President – Human Resources with Kusum Healthcare and is based out of New Delhi.

Mr Anil Tyagi is a well-known personality of the Indian Pharmaceutical industry and holds a Certification in Advanced Human Resource Management from IIM Ahmedabad, EPHRM from IIM Lucknow, MBA from IGNOU, MA English Literature from Meerut University and Degree in Law, University of Pune. He is also certified Trainer from AIMA Institute, New Delhi as well certified psychometric assessor for Thomas PPA, MBTI and FIRO-B.
Anil holds over 30 years of work experience out of which he has served in the Indian Air Force for 15 years and took VRS as Squadron Leader in 2005, ever since Anil has worked across several verticals in Human Resources with several pharmaceutical brands in India.
A highly motivated, committed, self-driven professional, Anil is an HR leader with rich experience in leading and driving change, acceleration, and integration in fast-growing organisations. He has expertise in developing and delivering change management programs including talent acquisition, HR system and process transformation, setting up strategic HR system and process in domestic and international markets, strategic employee relations management, organisation restructuring and downsizing, total rewards management, developing high calibre workforce, industrial relations, and digitisation of HR processes.
Mr Deepak Mangal is the Associate Vice President - Finance with Kusum Healthcare and is based out of New Delhi.

Mr Deepak is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also holds a degree as a Cost and Management Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. In the past, Deepak has also completed the Intermediate Course for Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from the Delhi University.
As Associate Vice President – Finance, Deepak is responsible for the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. His career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, corporate strategy, and merger & acquisitions.
Prior to joining Kusum, Deepak has held key positions across financial capacities with several companies in the past.
