Kusum Healthcare Pvt Ltd. is part of the Kusum Group of Companies, a fully integrated, young pharmaceutical group having three state-of-the-art manufacturing units; Kusum Healthcare at Bhiwadi Rajasthan, Kusum Healthcare at Indore, Madhya Pradesh in India and Kusum Pharm at Sumy Ukraine. All manufacturing units are WHO GMP certified and PIC/s compliant.
Founded in 1997, Kusum Healthcare Pvt Ltd. is a 100 per cent export-oriented pharmaceutical company, headquartered in New Delhi. The company started production by setting up its first formulation plant in 2007, in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, followed by another fully automated production plant in Indore, Madhya Pradesh in 2018 managing production in India.
Kusum Healthcare has a presence in over 28 countries including India, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Myanmar, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Malaysia, Benin, Cameroon, Togo, Thailand, Tanzania, Sudan, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Philippines, Cambodia, Kenya, Mali, Ivory Coast, Malaysia, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Belarus, Niger & Mexico. With fully integrated Operations, Sales, Marketing, Warehousing, Distribution, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Support functions across counties.
All formulations are developed in-house at the state-of-art formulation R&D centre, recognised by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. The company has over 100 dossiers available and a strong regulatory team to provide dossiers in CTD and ACTD formats to commercialise new formulations.
In 2002, Kusum Healthcare began marketing its products to doctors through a dedicated field force in Ukraine. We are currently at the 1st position among Indian companies in Ukraine and the 2nd position in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. With an enviable track record and success rate with the launch of new products and almost all product ranking among top 3 in their respective segments, Kusum Healthcare products are promoted by a field force of more than 800 highly qualified individuals across CIS ASEAN countries.

Mr. Sanjeev Gupta is the founder of Kusum Group of Companies and has extensive industrial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Sanjeev started his entrepreneurial journey with garments export back in the year in 1994, under the umbrella of Glad Rags International Limited. Following that, in the year 1997, he laid the foundation for Kusum Healthcare which under his leadership today is one of the leading pharmaceutical brands in India and several CIS countries.
A veteran of the pharmaceutical industry with over 30 years of experience in operations and management, Sanjeev Gupta was born in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, and graduated in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
His passion and dedication towards his work and an uncompromising discipline are what ensures quality in the products produced by Kusum Group of Companies.

Son of Late Master Kesav Deo, B.P. Gupta was born on 17th Oct 1938 in the city of Bharatpur (Rajasthan). He is a graduate from MSJ College Bharatpur, and he has been an outstanding sports person especially in hockey and athletics, during his early days. He started his career in Education with the Delhi Government and retired as a Gazetted Officer in 1996.
He renders strategic direction to the company’s executive team in economic and business matters. He has two sons; elder son Mr Sanjeev Gupta and younger son Mr Rajeev Gupta. who are also associated with the company
Dr TG Chandrashekhar is the Executive Director and Member of Board of Kusum Group of Companies since 2019 and currently as based out of New Delhi.
Dr TG Chandrashekhar has been a part of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry for over 30 years with global expertise in GMP, Quality Management Systems, Plant operations, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Intellectual property. In the past, he has also worked in senior roles in Cipla, Torrent and Ranbaxy.
An imminent figure in the industry, he holds a PhD degree in Chemistry and has completed High Potential Leadership Program from Harvard Business School. He has published close to 15 Research Papers and has filed 8 Patents as well.
A self-driven professional who has demonstrated success with his hard work, innovative thinking, creative problem solving skills, Dr TG was the chairman of the IP Committee for Anti Aids drug and has published about 30 monographs in the IP and about 10 Monographs in USP.
PharmaVoice, a US based pharmaceutical magazine for industry executives has also recognised him as one of the top 100 most inspiring person and a Mentor in the Global Pharmaceutical Industry.
