Duties
Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, and statistical analysis tools.
Evaluates customer’s online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements.
Analyzes regression and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to the sales and international business department.
Advises sales & marketing functions as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.
Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients and stakeholders.
