Duties

  • Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Evaluates customer’s online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements.
  • Analyzes regression and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to the sales and international business department.
  • Advises sales & marketing functions as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.
  • Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients and stakeholders.
